Black Earth, LLC is the parent company for Black Earth Development Resources, LLC, which conducts and supervises the development of Black Earth’s projects and others, and Black Earth Management Resources, LLC which manages the liquid and real assets of Black Earth’s developed properties as well as providing the same management services for other property owners.
